A few hours ago, I completed a 36hr fast.

Last meal: 9:30pm 11/17 Next meal: 9:30am 11/19
Inputs:
11/18 am - black coffee, stevia, cinnamon. 6-8oz
11/18 pm - hot water soup (Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper). 12-14oz
11/19am - fast ended with coffee (heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia) + couple bites of baby's potatoe fry :)
Notes:
At 24hrs, I wasn't hungry but feeding baby made it a little harder to stay away. Going to sleep early helped and made it much easier to get up and look forward to the 9:30am "break-fast".
Energy level was great, felt alert (mental clairty), high energy and physically "lighter" though it was not a long fast. I believe this is from just consuming water and some coffee as inputs.
Water tastes better and I started looking forward to drinking water throughout the day.
24hrs is the hurdle, after that, going 36-48 wouldn't be as difficult.
I didn't feel hungry, but eating is a social and behavioral action. Eating with family is a wonderful way to spend time together and engaging with feeding baby and her feeding me.
Will look to do another 36-40hr fast later this week (likely Sunday-Monday again).
