Snacks for During a Tennis match/competition

During a tennis match we should concentrate on consuming snacks that:
Are easy to digest
Can be eaten swiftly (since changeovers last 90 seconds)
Have an appealing taste and texture.
Examples:
Nuts
Slices of fruit (cold would be best)
Dates or Figs
Energy chews or bars
Easy to digest fats in small quantities
Here is what I would bring to a tennis match:
1-2 Dates
Small amount of Cashews
Energy Gummies (Honey Stinger)
Homemade Fats bar (Chocolate, cocoa butter, coconut flakes, and pecans)
I might not eat all of the mentioned items unless I felt it was necessary. Your body has a strong sense of what it requires and desires when it's missing a particular nutrient. It will communicate this to you through cravings or appetite.
